Terms of Service

These terms and conditions apply to makeup services provided by Sandy Phoenixx to you. Upon booking a makeup application with Sandy Phoenixx you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Booking

Booking a makeup application can be made up to 1 day before service. By paying deposit, you accept that you are entering into a contract and you agree to the conditions outlined below. Booking is fully secure upon email confirmation of payment of a deposit.

Wedding Makeup Bookings

All Wedding makeup Bookings Require a 30% deposit to secure your reservation and require a minimum of 6 weeks notice to cancel your booking, otherwise your deposit will be charged as a cancelation fee.

Bridal Trial Bookings

All bridal trials require a 30% deposit and a minimum of 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your booking, otherwise your deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.

If no deposit is taken at the time of booking your makeup appointment, then a cancellation fee still applies if less than 48 hours notice is given.

Makeup Appointments

All makeup appointments require a 30% deposit and a minimum of 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your booking, otherwise your deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Payment

Once a deposit has been received, an invoice will be sent to your email. The balance stated is to be finalized the week or day of your makeup appointment or wedding booking. Payment types include, PayPal, Apple Pay and cash.

Cancelled Bookings

If for any reason you need to cancel your makeup application, please notify us in accordance with the details listed in the Services above. At that time, we will reschedule your booking or refund your full deposit.

Travel

Travel Fee is applicable when traveling to locations more the 60 minutes outside of the San Gabriel Valley, a quote can be provided upon your request.

Parking

In circumstances when parking fees apply, the client will be required to cover the charges when makeup services are being conducted, for example hotel parking and meter parking.

Liability

All brushes, tools and makeup products are kept sanitary and sanitized between makeup applications. It is the responsibility of the client to inform makeup artist of any known skin sensitivity to products or concerns that may affect the use of any equipment of products; all details are treated as confidential. This includes but is not limited to sensitivities, allergies and medical conditions. Where possible the makeup artist will choose products that suit your skin type according to the information provided. The products selected and agreed upon during the trial will be the products used on the day of your booking. The makeup artist is not liable for any adverse reactions to products used and cannot be held liable for any losses that are incurred due to adverse reactions to products used. Patch tests for any products can be arranged.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

Makeup will be completed to the clients satisfaction, but is not to exceed the allotted makeup time. ample time is given for each makeup booking. Acceptance of completed makeup application by client is acknowledgement by client that makeup is done to his/her satisfaction.

Photographs

Sandy Phoenixx reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any make-up applications and may use any such photographs for promotional and/or commercial purposes - only with your written consent, of course!
